Four sizes, three ways to pay. Nothing else changes.
Same assistant, same hours, same everything. A smaller plan is not a lesser service — it is simply fewer things a month.
The four
The small figure under each price is what that cycle works out to per month, so the three can be compared honestly.

Year 1 saving is what paying twelve months up front keeps against twelve monthly payments. No contract on any of them.
What a task actually costs you
Divide the annual price by twelve, then by the tasks. The shape makes the argument better than a sentence could.
Cost per task on the annual plan — lower is better
Two tasks a month works out at $6.21 each. Twenty works out at $1.25. If you are going to use them, the largest plan is roughly five times better value per thing handled — and if you are not going to use them, buy the smallest one or none at all.
What a month actually looks like
Because “eight tasks” means nothing until you see eight of them.
A Starter month
- Repeat prescription, raised before it runs out
- A dentist appointment with two reminders
- Chasing a delivery that did not arrive
- A renewal being watched for later in the year
- Booking the eye test that has been overdue
5 tasks · $24.95 monthly
A Best Value month
- Everything above, for two people rather than one
- Four recurring items that repeat every month by themselves
- Three renewals on long watch through the year
- A handful of one-offs as they occur to you
- Room left over, which is rather the point
20 tasks · $39.95 monthly
A recurring item counts once when you set it, not every month it repeats.
$1.25
a task, on the annual top plan
Which is less than the late fee on one forgotten bill
That is the whole economic case and it does not need dressing up. If a single missed renewal, one late payment or one lapsed subscription gets caught in a year, the membership has already paid for itself — and if none of that ever happens to you, you should not be buying this.
