One thing, followed all the way through. Then repeat, indefinitely.
There is no setup, no configuration and no learning curve, because there is nothing for you to operate. What follows is the entire mechanism.
The five stations everything passes through
Most tools stop at the fourth. The fifth is where the actual relief comes from.
Station 01
You say it
In whatever words come out, at whatever hour. No date needed, no category, no correct phrasing.
Station 02
It gets understood
The half-sentence becomes a real thing with a real date — and where that is ambiguous, you get asked once rather than guessed at.
Station 03
It is held
For as long as it takes. A week, or eleven months. Nothing quietly ages out of the list because too much time passed.
Station 04
It comes back
Early enough to act on, and at an hour you can actually do something about it — not at the moment it is already too late.
Station 05
It is checked
Afterwards. Did it happen? If not, it is raised again. This is the station every other system skips.
Scroll sideways on a narrow screen. Station five is the one you cannot easily do for yourself — remembering to check whether the thing you were reminded about actually happened.
The same rail, at any hour
A fairly unremarkable day, in the life of one membership.
The 11:50pm entry is the important one. A service that contacts you constantly is a service you will mute inside a fortnight.
Nothing
to set up, ever
You never configure this, on day one or afterwards
No account to build, no preferences to tune, no categories to design, no weekly review to keep on top of. Every system that asks for maintenance eventually becomes another thing you are behind on — which is precisely the problem you came here with.
What happens if…
The four questions people actually ask before signing up.
…I ignore a reminder?
It comes back. Not endlessly and not naggingly, but a thing you asked to be reminded about does not disappear because you were busy the first time.
…I change my mind about something?
Say so and it is dropped. Nothing is kept alive that you have decided against, and you are not asked to justify it.
…I run out of tasks that month?
You are told before you hit the limit, not after — and moving up a plan takes effect immediately, so nothing is lost in between.
…I go quiet for a few months?
Anything already being tracked keeps being tracked. Renewals do not stop mattering because you had a quiet spring.
Six questions, a few minutes, and nothing to fill in.
